CASE UPDATE: FEDERAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT ENTERED

Camarda v. Whitehorn, et al. – Case No. 24-3244 (7th Circuit Court of Appeals)

Date: April 16, 2025

Plaintiff-Appellant Thomas E. Camarda has officially entered the enforcement phase following a procedural default by all Defendants in the above-captioned federal appeal. The court has received over 140 filings, including the most recent Final Enforcement Motions (DKT 140–146) and a formal Petition for En Banc Review.

The State of Illinois and its agents defaulted under FRAP 31(c) and never rebutted the verified record or constitutional claims.

The court has recognized this uncontested record under Rule 56(a): summary judgment is secured. However, it is the Plaintiff who is now actively enforcing this ruling—through relentless legal motion and strategic pressure.

SUMMARY JUDGMENT SECURED: DEFENDANTS IN FEDERAL DEFAULT

✔ Filed under FRAP 31(c), with no response from the Defendants.

✔ Over 1,900 pages of verified procedural notices and constitutional violations documented.

✔ DKT 113–114 serve as judicial acknowledgment and final opportunity for compliance.

The Defendants forfeited all legal defenses. Judgment is active and enforcement is underway.

FEDERAL ENFORCEMENT PHASE HAS BEGUN

The Plaintiff has initiated formal enforcement actions, including:

✔ Notices to DOJ Civil Rights, HHS-OIG, CFPB, and Treasury FOIA
✔ Enforcement of UCC liens and financial recovery under 42 U.S.C. § 1983
✔ Show Cause Rebuttal submitted in full compliance with FRAP and precedent
✔ Petition for En Banc Rehearing filed, asserting supremacy and tort clarity

All actions remain fully lawful, First Amendment protected, and procedurally perfected.

MCHENRY COUNTY RETALIATION IDENTIFIED AND UNDER REVIEW

Despite a perfected federal judgment, McHenry County continues retaliatory activity through:

✔ Unlawful criminal filing under a void warrant (Dec 31, 2024)
✔ Jurisdictionally void discovery and prosecution actions
✔ Attempts to criminalize federally protected filings (FRE 408)

This defiance of federal supremacy is now being referred for judicial oversight and sanctions review.
